Menopause education that fits alongside your benefits
Employees may have access to support and still want clearer information about menopause and metabolic health. The Overlap Decade Series brings that education into a structured learning pathway, with videos, handouts, references and guided experiments.
For Organizations
Designed for organizations that want to assess an educational resource for midlife employees. The focus is understanding and practical self-navigation, not treatment or a promise of workforce outcomes.
The Pilot
A small test can help your team learn whether the format is useful to a defined employee group, which topics they use and what support is needed to make learning accessible.
The Series
The Overlap Decade Series contains 13 modules. Pilot scope may use selected modules or the full pathway, depending on the agreed education question, participant access and readiness of the material.
How It Works
First, a 15-minute discovery conversation about your audience and current support. If there is a clear need and owner, a 30-minute working session defines scope, access, responsibilities and the decision the test should support.
Measurement
Proposed measures include learning starts, selected-module use, participant-rated usefulness and self-reported understanding. Measures and reporting are agreed before a pilot. They are not proof of clinical, retention, productivity or financial outcomes.
Questions
No. This is an educational resource. We first assess where it could complement what you already offer, if there is a relevant gap.
Name a program owner, define the audience and agree how invitations, access and support will work. The pilot is scoped around actual capacity; implementation effort is not assumed to be low.
The proposed test is designed around learning use and resource feedback, not individual diagnoses or treatment. The actual data flow and privacy arrangements must be reviewed before enrollment.
Commercial terms depend on scope, population, access period and support. A consumer purchase price is not an employer-license quote.
Please Note
This program provides education. It does not replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
