Using the perspective of her position in Big Tech companies, she masterfully blended modern metabolic science with ancient wisdom to create a lifestyle intervention that seamlessly integrates into a demanding life.
Saujanya’s journey into health and lifestyle coaching began with a personal obsession with wellness, leading her to become a certified nutrition network coach practitioner with the Society for Metabolic Health Practitioners (SMHP). She specializes in therapeutic carbohydrate restriction (TCR) with an emphasis on bio individualized nutrition , insulin resistance, sustainable weight loss, and early detection and prevention of chronic conditions potentially manifesting from insulin resistance. Her expertise spans women’s health, addiction science, sports nutrition, obesity management, and intermittent fasting. In addition to her credentials in nutrition, Saujanya is a trained yoga and trapeze yoga teacher, as well as a personal trainer focusing on functional training and mobility, and a devoted practitioner of Ayurveda and the Art of Living.

She is a product leader in Big Tech, a metabolic health practitioner, a certified nutritionist specialist, a Leadership Coach and graduate from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a personal fitness and yoga trainer, among other things. Her combined expertise has made Saujanya a progressive force in the convergence of tech and health.
